Custom Synth for Ciproxifan.

I've kind of lost hope for the dramatic gains one might picture from XYZ compound. But, before I give up entirely, I still want to give Ciproxifan a whirl. It's been on my "wishlist" for a long time now and seeing the effects from various other nootropics-I'm betting on a good effects profile from Ciproxifan. Wondering if any companies would be willing to stock it, as it's relatively easy to synthesize and has good bioavailability for rats. Anyway, that's all for now.

I've tried Pitolisant; and have had a brief moment of very strong alertness. Similar to a large amount of NE; but, without the panicky feeling associated with it. The main downside with Pitolisant IMO, was the bioavailability and duration of effects. From what I gather, or have gathered so far, I think Ciproxifan stands a better chance at promoting attentive/vigilance seeking behavior. It also seems relatively easy to synthesize from what I've seen. Only issue is with tolerance; but, that's a given. My only hope is to sit in a library with this baby and feeling absolutely in the moment like time slows down or "flow". Lol

On a side note, I don't see any compounds on the horizon that would live up to the effects of say, ISRIB. So, I'm shooting for the next best thing which are vigilance promoting compounds or other nature than say amphetamine or meth. They seem effective because they lead to a state of what I might call an altered perception of time. It's like you can process more information in a given time-span, which would seem like the very definition of any nootropic compound, IMO. Alpha7-n agonists/PAM's aren'y really out there, Ampakines haven't really lived up to the hype. Can't think of anything else worth giving a try. Some compound with effects similar to ISRIB would be ideal for my study purposes.

I'll look into ciproxifan. I was not impressed with pitolisant, and it seriously damaged my mucous membranes in my mouth.
