Taking liquids sublingually?

So I've got some of Ceretropic's Super Rhodiola, and I've never taken liquid sublingually before. (I've only done it with powder a few times.)

Seems dumb, but:

Do I just let it slosh around under my tongue? For how long? Am I supposed to swallow it after?

You can just leave it under your tongue for a couple minutes, then swish it around to hit all your mucous membrane. Then just swallow what is left. Usually keeping your tongue down helps prevent too much saliva from building up.
