Introversion and Cholinergenics

I stumbled on an excerpt from the book "The Introvert Advantage" by Dr. Marti Olsen Laney, and it posits that extroverts are have different neurchemical systems, more based in dopamine/adrenaline. Introverts operate on a much more easily stimulated acetylcholine system..I'm not very familiar with the research underlying the idea, but I am curious about how people respond to cholinergenics and how they rate themselves on that extrovert/introvert scale.
Personally, I'm very much an ambivert- coincidentally, I have had difficulty responding at all to cholinergenics.
Having supplemented choline, and tried Piracetam, Pramiracetam, and am now testing coluracetam. I responded to piracetam briefly and mildly, but the effect wore off quickly.
ANYYYWAAY Whats your extra/intro/ambiversion like, and how do you respond to these nootropics?
What they were answering

Pretty sure it's made up based on that acetylcholine is the "smart" neurotransmittor and dopamine is the "fun".

I see no evidence that "Introverts operate on a much more easily stimulated acetylcholine system." Until they show some sources for that claim, it is made up bullshit.
