I read in a paper* that a lot of cognitive dysfunctions in diabetes (I'm diabetic) can possibly be related to diminished hippocampal neurogenesis. Besides fish oil and flavonoids, are there any other substances/nootropics that enhance HN?

Do you have a collection of papers for other nootropics as well? I'd be very grateful to have it, if that's not too much to ask :)

NMN - Worth the money?

Every batch of NMN I have tested over the last year has either been fake, very impure, or full of arsenic. Pure NMN would be worth the money. I have not found it yet.

Unsubstantiated nonsense. [Piracetam affects membrane fluidity in the frontal cortex, the hippocampus, and the striatum. It also sensitizes NMDA receptors in the hippocampus](http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/10338103)
