Phenylpiracetam hydrazide... any info whatsoever?

So one of our favorite vendors here is carrying this one as of today. To quote the website:
"Phenylpiracetam hydrazide is a more stimulating and potent version of phenylpiracetam."
As it seems they have actually pioneered this compound themselves (as a marriage between the already rare piracetam hydrazide and phenylpiracetam) I believe we're almost getting into research chem waters here... and I don't mean that in a bad way. I mean it in the way that my interest has instantly piqued to the point where I want to order 5 grams and be a ginnea pig. And I probably would too if I didn't find phenyl alone sorta... meh. IMO nothing compared to a dialed in piracetam/choline, and maybe some caffiene combo...
Well before I get too off topic here, anyone know anything about this substance? Dose, duration, subjective effects, anything? Perhaps how it would effect one already taking a racetam/choline? Because it's so new maybe even the creator could shed some light on it?

This is my first time using this and I'm really excited to try it but, I was expecting it to come with a dose measuring spoon or something and it didn't. I know I'm going to start with 50 mg but how do I measure 50 mg without a dosing spoon? Is there anything you can recommend using for dosing purposes?

You need a scale. You must have one to be accurate. We purposely do not include spoons, so people do not think they can dose without a scale. Get a Gemini-20. It's super cheap, and works great.
