This guy is saying beta-PEA is not addictive? Can anybody verify?

PEA is rapidly broken down by monamine oxidase. Orally taking PEA without an MAOI is just barely above useless. So sure, it is not addictive. It is not much of anything on its own.
PEA triggers neurotransmitters for neurogenesis and brain plasticity to form new brain cells, information-processing connections and functions that increase cognition, learning, memory, skills, and performance.
Ohh really? Where are some studies showing that? PEA causes neurogenesis and triggers neuroplasticity? Riiiight. This is a poorly sourced advertisement piece.
