5-meo-mipt micro-dosing

After reading various experiments about micro-dosing psychedelics (especially LSD and 4-aco-dmt) for nootropic purposes, I stumbled upon a few posts of users who experimented very low dose of the tryptamine 5-meo-mipt (2-4 mg aprox) and reported strong nootropic effects.
As I had 1 g of it in powder form, I gave it a few tries (around 3 mg every time) and... Damn ! This thing boosts my confidence, verbal skills and motivation like nothing else.
OK, I know it's a RC and we don't have a lot of toxicity feedback about it but after all, it's been around (and used) for a much longer time than pseudo-nootropic substances with nasty side effects like Sunifiram or IDRA-21 (which are commonly discussed here but on which we have literally zero knowledge about long term effects).
So I'd like to know if some of you have already experimented with threshold doses of 5-meo-mipt, what could be the side effects in case of repeated use, what substances could synergize with it, etc.

I tried 5mg 4-ACO-DMT a couple months ago on a Sunday morning, as an experiment. I installed new struts on my girlfriend's car and cleaned her engine to showroom quality. It definitely made me a lot less stressed, and find joy in things I normally would not have.
The dosage was a little high for what could be considered microdosing. However, I did not feel anything remotely close to memory enhancement. My mood was altered, for sure. But I don't see activation of the serotonin system as a target for nootropic qualities.
