Hi, I have asperger's syndrome and I want something to make me more empathetic. I am already prescribed oxytocin, but i am wondering if there is anything else (besides mdma lol)

I've considered taking kanna powder for that purpose & maybe to get a little tiny bit high (as an alcohol alternative). It's supposedly more down the path of MDMA type effects (that's what people always compare it to), but it's supposed to be very mild and supposedly isn't neurotoxic. Not sure if it would be a healthy everyday thing or not. My guess would be not healthy for the daily. My consideration has been taking it maybe every other weekend when I go out. Let me know if you give it a shot, there's not a ton of info out there and I'm always open to learn more from people with first hand information.
PS - It's legal so you could probably buy it any number of places & I don't recall it being particularly expensive.

You'll find kanna is nothing compared to MDMA. It's an SSRI that provides an MDMA "comeup-like" experience, but never fully gets there. It's ok when mixed with marijuana every so often. However, long-term it is going to be like other SSRIs, with all the side effects.
Jason and I have come up with a new serenic molecule based off MMAI that we are going to synthesize eventually. It will be a non-neurotoxic enactogen, with mild stimulant properties. Not so much a nootropic substance, but could be good for those with mood disorders and such. It's an expensive upfront cost for the synth, so it is going to be down the road sometime.
