Is 23andme worth purchasing today? What are the chances of cut-off to results?

Hi, I'm poor. Pretty poor in fact. I have a lot of health problems and I'd been considering purchasing 23andme since I heard about it around a year ago and finally decided I'd get it in December, until I heard about the FDA thing and paused. $99 is totally worth it, but not if the FDA cuts me off from the results of my tests before I can access them and export data or screenshot or something. Does anyone know whether, if I purchase the test today and immediately return it, if there's a good enough possibility (at least 25% or something chance) that I won't be able to access my genetic results making the test essentially a throw away of one hundred dollars?

Is there a list of potential things this test could pick up on? I don't really have any health problems. Could it detect things missing in my diet? Low iron, etc. Etc?

It definitely will not test your diet or blood levels of any nutrient, since it's not a blood test. It merely tests your saliva for mutations in various gene expressions.
