Started alphabrain today

So I started alphabrain today and I'm feeling more alert. That's really about it. I didn't sleep much last night and I'm surprised with how awake I am and was wondering if anyone on here had opinions on this matter.

Most likely placebo effect. The new version of Alpha Brain doesn't have ingredients that will work that fast, or in the dosages needed to properly get their effects. Perhaps if you took 2-3 dosages at once. However, then you are taking too much of L-theanine and huparazine-A.
