Feeling bad after taking some medications.

Hi, I have been taking Citicholine and Concerta for a week, and also a piracetam some days ago, but now I'm feeling dizzy and disoriented. What are your thoughts about this (fake medication, interactions).?
I think i'm going to doctor later, and stop the medication for now.

The Concerta was from janssen, but the citicholine was from a company in my country (maybe fake). I think I should buy citicholine from one of those listed webpages next time.

Definitely speak to your doctor. But I would at least lower your citicholine dose, or stop it altogether for now.
