What helps with Choline to Acetylcholine conversion?

Is there something that can be taken along with Choline to help its conversion to Acetylcholine?I think DMAE could help free up some Acetylcholine but I don't want to chance the side effects related to DMAE,Schizophrenia is nothing to play around with so any alternatives suggestions?

Vinegar contains 3-20% acetic acid, depending on the type of vinegar you are consuming.

Don't use choline bitartrate. It's not very effective. Go with either Alpha-GPC or CDP-choline. You may not even need to add cholinergics in there if your diet already is sufficient. Some people get depressed when adding
