I've been seeing a lot of Facebook posts touting this new nootropic called "Adroit". Any word on this?

People on my Facebook feed are saying they have tried this and its worked extremly well for them. Seems to have a decent ingredient list. Has anyone tried this and or does anyone have an opinion on this? Would just getting some raw noopept be a better bang for your buck?

Edit: I suppose without the correct dosing of each ingredient this may be a bit harder to answer but still just looking for some insight on this.
