Does anyone else feel smarter on psychedelics?

Speaking usually feels more fluent, my vocabulary expands, and I'm a lot more verbose. Obviously this is a dose dependent thing and it depends on the drug you're using. On 3 hits of LSD I can have a conversation with someone and get my thoughts across very easily but if I was to take a couple more tabs I would probably get caught up in the person's accent or the surroundings and lose track of what we're talking about. I was just wondering if anyone else experiences this.

EDIT: Maybe smarter wasn't the best way to describe it. Pretty much what I'm getting at is that psychedelics make it a lot easier to get your thoughts across and help you understand things to higher degree. In my experience anyway.
