Have yet to find definitive answer on Nootropics and amphetamines.

I have looked through the nootropics, stackadvice and adhd subreddits, and yet have not found a definitive answer on whether nootropics can be taken with amphetamines. I recently started 10mg of vyvance after several years on strattera and wellbutrin.
The answers seem to go back and forth:
Dont take both

Thank you for this. When you say there is no evidence of exacerbation at either the nmda and ampa receptor sites, are those sites where vyvanse/amphetamines "interface with"?
Do you know of any differences in how ciltep would be with amphetamines vs a piracetam based stack?

Excitotoxicity is when there is excess calcium transmission into a neuron due to excess extracellular glutamate. Amphetamines and other dopaminergic stimulants increase extracellular glutamate.
CILTEP focuses on different mechanisms than the racetams. However, it should not interact badly with dopaminergic stimulants. It would actually synergize well with the increased dopamine levels.
