How did you find out you had the mutation? I just found out about l-methylfolate last week when my doctor recommended it, and I'm interested in trying it. She wanted to put me on the prescription version of it, though. What supplement are you using?

Most people use 23andMe, then put their raw genetic data through this methylation analysis tool. That is what I did, and I believe what Rage_Boner did as well.
