Hey guys,
I found this subreddit a few weeks ago, and did the reading located in the Beginners thread, located here:

Anyway, I took that information and went out and purchased the OTC products Saint Johns Wort, Rhodiola Rosea, and Passiflora Extract.
I can't say I suffer from depression - I've never gone for diagnosis or treatment. What I can say is that I have suffered, for a long time, from the blues. That's awesome that you have found a regimen that works for you! Depression is a very hard thing to deal with. It makes me happy to hear that you are starting to overcome it.
This is why all information should be made publicly available. There are things out there that can help so many people. The current system seems stacked in such a way that it encourages preventing the dissemination of that information. At least it doesn't encourage it. The more we help spread the knowledge we have collectively acquired, the better.
