Yea, especially considering you can get some of the good stuff for really cheap. I drank quite a bit of the St. Bernardus Abt 12 because it was something like 1,30 Euro at the corner mart near my hotel when I was in Bruges.

It really is cheap. Perhaps we are just used to paying higher prices due to the alcohol taxes imposed in the US. Then you travel to Australia, and you really understand high beer prices!
