Hi guys,
I've been on some nootropics for about 4 months now, and I wrote the following up for a friend who is interested in trying. In short, this is the resource I wish I had when I got started. The goal with this is to give concrete dosages, and also provide a nootropic onset that really allows you to notice the effects of the drugs:
First, stop doing drugs, smoking and alcohol.
Remember - if at ANY TIME you feel shitty, stop. There should never be an "I feel bad period" with these drugs, that could mean your dosage is off or the drug just does not act well with you.

Excessive? It's barely comparable to eating a good serve of herring or mackerel with some fish oil brands. 1g of my fish oil has 120mg DHA and 180mg EPA, so if I'm not eating fish on that day, I end up taking 9-10g of fish oil.
Nearly all the brands of fish oil here in Australia contain this much. The only way to get a better brand without paying a fortune is to order from the US, but then you risk the fish oil being exposed to extreme temperatures.

When I go do all you can eat sushi, and eat a ton of sahimi, I feel fantastic afterwards. In fact, I feel a little drunk on fish. The more the merrier, I say. Bring on the fish oil!
