a year ago it was posted here:
Contrary to previous research, a standard (200 ml) cup of black tea was found to contain the most L-theanine (24.2 5.7 mg) while a cup of green tea contained the least (7.9 3.8 mg).
however, isnt black tea roasted green tea? if so, then the roasting increases the amount of theanine in the black tea? doesnt seem possible. any comments?

What? My post was relevant and necessary for an accurate perspective when deciding which, if any, teas one should consume. Nobody will attempt to dismantle any points I made in my post, so I assume everyone here is too misinformed/uninformed to build a counter argument and resorting to logical fallacies and cheap ad hominems. I thought Reddit was an Atlantis of intellectuality.

People were most likely thrown back by the unsolicited information. In your case it was well sourced and relevant information, so it's a good addition to the discussion. Perhaps it would have been better received if you provided a segue as you why you were bringing fluoride into the discussion. In any event, welcome.
