please try to space out your rolls, it's really so worth it

For awhile after I started doing mdma I would only wait a month in between rolls because that's pretty much the lower limit on how often you can do it. I just recently tried waiting longer and about 2 months and a half later after my last roll I rolled again and it was just soooo amazing. It brought me back to the first times I've rolled. You really roll that much harder the longer you wait and it's so worth it, I feel so so bad for the people that loose mdma's magic ):

The MDA breakdown isn't performed by CYP3A4 so I don't see that being an issue, and also there is far, far less created due to the CYP3A4 inhibition in the first place. Your body just expels it through urine unmetabolized after it's been circulating for a while. Look at /u/MisterYouAreSoDumb's posts where he elaborates on this.
Also I have never noticed any liver problems using grapefruit juice, and I have liver damage that occurred from a gluten intolerance.
Yes, caution should be used with the selegiline hence taking a half dose. There are anecdotal reports by people who take it for Parkinson's at 5mg a day and have no ill effects. From what I have read it takes around 10mg or more to lose its high MAO-B selectivity.
It seems like you already changed the supplements section a bit since I last viewed it; it looks decent now. I really think grapefruit juice (white, from concentrate = higher bergamottin content) should be on there. I would also replace Grape Seed Extract in "recommended", and Vit C in "Basic" with Quercetin which is another CYP3A4 inhibitor that I found made a significant difference, and it has antioxidant activity. You should up the dose of milk thistle to 2-4 the day after (1 isn't going to do shit), and I would also recommend it during because it is yet another CYP3A4 inhibitor with antioxidant and liver protective properties. Finally the magnesium dose…

Correct. MDA is not metabolized by CYP3A4, but CYP2D6. Grapefruit juice does not inhibit CYP2D6. So I have no idea what this "professor" is on about. Not to mention, how would taking grapefruit juice damage the liver?!? Is he suggesting that MDA shows renal toxicity? Because it doesn't. The metabolites are the ones that are neurotoxic and hepatotoxic. MDA itself is not toxic at all.
Grapefruit juice is perfectly safe with your MDMA. I will also be trying piperine to inhibit CYP3A4 this weekend. I will report on the results. (Don't try this until I test it, as piperine inhibits more than just CYP3A4)
