How much Sunifram and Unifram can you take per day? (min - max)

I am not here to judge or anything, but, don't you feel that taking sunifiram makes you a front line guinea pig ? Can a clinical trial really claim improvement in "cognitive function" while testing the substance on rats? Is such a thing even plausible? I would love to hear your opinion on the matter. Chris

Essentially yes, I am a front line guinea pig, or hamster if you will. All evidence points to them being safe. However, that does not mean there is not some interaction that we don't know about yet.
In all honesty, I don't use sunifiram often. I was just curious about it, and took it a few times to get a feel for it.
As far as using animal models to estimate improved cognitive function, that's not so cut and dry. The study design is going to really determine whether or not they can effectively measure improvement. Even then, does that improvement always translate to humans? Not really. However, we can postulate, due to what we know about functional group affinities and the effects of similar substances. You kind of have to look at the whole picture, and not just one study at a time.
