There are no nootropics that have been shown to be efficacious for treating PTSD. You are going to have to bump up to "real" drugs.
MDMA has shown great results, when administered in a clinical setting. Psilocin has also shown some good results for anxiety. Before you consider either of those routes, you need to speak with a psychiatrist. MAPS is the organization leading the way into studies of MDMA and psilocybin/psilocin for treatment of PTSD and other mood disorders.
