I've been on memantine for 3.5 weeks and my adderall usage has been steady. Over the time period I've noticed that the feeling is much more intense and the side effects of adderall have become stronger that they are now almost unbearable (dry mouth, increased heart rate etc...). I must note that the feeling isn't like the first time I ever took it because the euphoria hasn't come back at least for me. It is much more smooth now and the comedown is hardly noticeable because of the memantine still being in my system after the adderall loses efficacy. It is pretty amazing.

Ok, that makes sense. So the euphoria tolerance is still there. That usually takes a break from amphetamine use to reverse.
You say it's amazing, but mention the side effects are much more prominent. Is that only at the higher dose, or all the time?
