Noopept water solution and degradation by hydrolysis - how long can it keep?

I really like noopept, however I can't be bothered measuring doses twice a day so I like to put it in a solution of vegetable glycerin and water at a dilution of 10 mg/ 1 ml .
This is great as far as convenience goes, but I haven't been using noopept long and wonder how stable the solution is and if the noopept will break down over time.
Does anyone know how long you can keep noopept in a water based solution before it degrades?
Thanks :)

Funny enough, I have just the thing for you. The nootropics vendor I am starting is going to be offering noopept in sublingual dropper vials. I've actually had them for months, but have been waiting on various things to fall in place to launch. The only thing I am waiting on is our label printer to get us the labels. I really want to launch sometime this week.
Not only is it dissolved to allow for easier sublingual dosing, but we have flavored it to mask the taste. We are not using water in the solution, so there is no degradation of the molecule. It's much more convenient than measuring out a dose every day.
