Those are still massive doses compared to what you'd use as a nootropic, high enough to cause significant MAO inhibition. Doses in the 60ug-5mg range won't.
I'll be you there are no cases with that dosage range.

Yeah, I see what you are saying now. The MAO-A activity should be negligible at nootropic doses. It's probably good that people know about the risk, though. That way they understand the dangers of overdosing.
