Is Modafinil/Armodafinil purity testing possible?

I'm curious as to the purity of the drugs the majority of us receive overseas. How does it compare chemically to those produced for sale in the U.S.?

I am trying. However, we need a DEA licensed lab that will not charge ridiculous fees. The current quote I have is $2,000 per test.
