Affect of heat in modalert

I'm backpacking across the US and I've brought some modalert with me; I've noticed that it doesn't work at all now I've been on the road for 2 months(I take it for my proactive working days).

How does 95-110f heat affect it?

It should be fine. Thermal decomp temp is ~160*C.
