Well I'll be damned, he got China to synthesize some. It seems all they want to do right now is sunifiram, due to the easier snyth.

It's definitely superior to sunifiram. The only reason sunifiram is offered is that it's synthesis is much easier and cheaper. The structure of unifiram is much more suited to AMPA binding than sunifiram.

I do not see any evidence that either sunifiram or unifiram are harmful. Granted they are not studied in humans. However, nothing about the chemical structure would lead me to believe that they are dangerous. That's not
