Amfonelic Acid, anyone?

Found to be a potent DRI (50x moreso than Ritalin), long acting, and with little or no noradrenaline activity. I'm interested in trying it, but the usual background check I run on substances before ingestigation isn't turning up much solid info.
What concerns me most is its structure as an antibiotic.
Any experiences out there with this stuff? Or can anybody share some science about it outside of its page on Wikipedia on a few threads on BL?
Thanks

Sorry to respond to such an old comment, but is it possible that the dopamine reuptake inhibition increases NE downstream? It is a metabolite of DA after all.

The amount of vasoconstriction people report is more than what you would get from an indirect increase in NE. If dopamine were the cause, then dextroapmhetamine would give you more vasoconstriction than levoamphetamine. However, we see the opposite.
6-APB is another substance that has a ton of vasoconscrition. It also has high 5-HT2B affinities.
