Modafinil gives me the opposite of a wakeful response

Original post in this thread

I've been experimenting with Modafinil for the last week and a half, taking a day break between each test.

100mg - Makes me irritable, a bit of anxiety and drained.

200mg - Makes me very irritable. I find myself getting annoyed with everyone around me and it makes me very drained.

So today, after a nice long restful night of sleep, and after a 2 day break from Modifinal I tried:

50mg - After 45 minutes, I started feeling very sleepy, but without the anxiety and then at 1 hour, I passed out and slept for an hour.

I just woke up and decided to write this post. Seems modafinil does absolutely nothing to promote wakefulness for me, and seems to even make me sleepy and tired.

I ordered my tabs from MyModafinil.net 200mg.

So, I'm done with these, they're going in the toilet now. Can anyone else relate?

Nice of everyone to jump to conclusions about the OP. Truth be told, modafinil, while it does help me not feel tired, does make me more easily irritable. When I try to focus on a certain project at hand and someone creates external noise not related to the project, it becomes extremely distracting and highly annoying. I find myself at times having to calm down so I don't accidentally completely snap at someone who is being distracting.

Who is jumping to conclusions? Am I missing something? People were asking for more pertinent information. For some reason, OP only responded to one question. And look what we got, pertinent info. He's severely allergic to gluten and corn... But since he did not respond to me, I guess he is not interested in my knowledge of the fillers in modafinil pills... which includes the knowledge that they use corn to make the starch used as filler.

The results from our latest round of testing are in. We all had a pretty good idea that the Bacognize would fair well, as Nootropics Depot's tests showed. However, we now have 3rd party results confirming it. * Lead- .0

It's time to have the Modafinil talk again.

It's been seven months since I made this post: http://www.reddit.com/r/Nootropics/comments/199n7l/modafinil_posts/ We had a lull in the modafinil posts for a while, but now they are back in full swing. I just want to re

Here to warn the community that I've experienced debilitating rebound anxiety when taking l-theanine. It was 100 percent this substance. Quit a week ago and back to baseline. Theanine is going in the trash.

Found Nootropics in sons room.

Talk to him about it. Modalet is just Modafinil. It is a lot safer than the Amphetamine he is on for ADHD. However, he should make sure you are okay with everything he is doing. You are his parent, afterall. But you need
