Why is it not workin for some people surely thats inconsistent.

People say things don't work all the time. I've heard that Modalert doesn't work as well too. I have also heard someone say that the brand name Provigil didn't work as well as the generics. With personal opinion it's really a crapshoot. I'm on Modvigil from Modup right now, and it's certainly working!
