My free shipment of phenylpiracetam arrived from LiftMode this morning. The packaging is very nice, and it included a detailed COA. It seems to be an in-house test, but it includes the actual data output and graphs from the testing equipment. Actual result was 99.2%.
Here is the packaging and me weighing a 100mg test.
After taking a 100mg dose sublingually, I noticed some brain fog for the first 30min. After the initial fog subsided, the effects started growing. I got on a conference call I was scheduled to be on and I noticed the effects becoming very apparent around the 1.5 hour mark. When I took the nefiracetam last week, it took a pot of black tea to make it stimulating. The phenylpiracetam was stimulating on it's own. My mood is lifted just like the nefiracetam, but it feels smoother. I am able to concentrate on work if I want, while still enjoying the music in the background. It feels very similar to nefiracetam, but "cleaner" if that makes any sense. It doesn't taste all that good, but it's better than the nefiracetam. So far I would say…

Hi I am a newbie to racetams and have a questions. I recently got Phenylpiracetam along with Choline Bitartrate from Liftmode and I am wondering what would be a good dose ratio for the two? I have heard that rule of thumb for racetam to Choline source ratio should be around 2:1 so if I took 1.5g of Aniracetam I should be taking 750mg of Choline but does this apply for Phenylpiracetam too? since Phenylpiracetam is significantly stronger so it shouldn't be 100mg of Phenylpiracetam and 50mg Choline Bitartrate right? And I just found out Choilne Bitartrate inferior to other Choline sources such as Alpha GPC and has lower bio-availability so I should be taking a lot more Choline Bitartrate I assume. Any advice is appreciated.
Thanks

You might not need choline at all. I don't. Most people have to find the sweet spot for them by trial and error.
I'd start out with no choline. If you get headaches, then add a little in at a time. Choline bitartrate is less effective than others, but increasing the dose does not make up for that. CDP and alpha GPC pass the blood brain barrier better, and have different effects like dopamine receptor up-regulation.
