How do you feel vasoconstriction? I felt a bit tense, but had hyperthermia and was not cold at all...quite the opposite, I had on a medium-sized jacket with just a t-shirt underneath in 0-3 degrees C weather.

For me I got very tense in my shoulders, my feet fell asleep, and I was cold. I also had lasting muscle tension for a couple days.
