Really? What about supplements like Alpha-Brain? Some people on here swear by it and the few reviews I've read have claimed it works.

No, that's not a good one. It's way too expensive for the ingredients, plus they have the ratios off. Some of the ingredients have too low a dose, and some have too high. If you are having results from Alpha Brain, then buy the ingredients in bulk and cap them yourself. Then you'll save money and be able to dose in your sweet spot.
