Do MDMA and Modafinil interact?

Kinda important for me to know tonight. Took 200mg of Modafinil 7 hours ago and plan on a light roll in a few hours..will that be alright? Is it safe to do in the future? Could I cause neurotoxicity?

Actually, yes! Modafinil is a CYP3A4 inducer. This means that more of your MDMA will be N-demethylated to MDA. This will probably lead to more neurotoxicity.
As far as receptor binding effects are concerned, I am not sure since we don't know the relative affinities. As Borax suggested, I could see slightly less DA and NE effects due to the modafinil.
I'd stick to not taking modafinil the day or so before your roll. Also, you should really look into CYP3A4 inhibitors to combat the modafinil induction. Grapefruit juice and piperine are good for this.
