Piracetam - irritability?

Original post in this thread

Avysis · 4 points

Ever since I began taking Piracetam (1.2g-2.4g a serving / 2-3 times a day), I've been irritable at the littlest things. I've searched around and see that this is somewhat common. No one seems to list a solution to this, however.

I haven't been taking a choline supplement but I do plan on beginning CDP-Choline by the end of this month. I haven't had headaches (which seems to be common among those who are choline deficient.)

Have any of you guys had any problems with this? Any solutions? I've recently begun Aniracetam as well. This hasn't affected the irritability at all when taken with Piracetam.

I can confirm that exercise definitely helps with the mood alterations of piracetam. So much that if you go a few days without it, you really notice the irritability coming back. I guess it's a good motivator...

Since starting SJW and Bacopa, the irritability has largely gone away.
