Extremely dry lips after taking piracetam

Anyone know why this is? Only tried it two days because of this. I mean dry as in, no amount of water or blistex seemed to help and it actually hurt!

They post purity ratings in the details section, but do not list the lab or provide links to the originals. I would email them and ask for a COA.
