Yes. It would help a lot to be able to work the second job (from home) in the middle of the night. The crash isn't sounding so good, kinda thought modafinil mitigated that somewhat.

It will work for the short term. However, you will need to catch up on that sleep eventually. Modafinil is not going to replace your sleep. Then you run the risk of running your body down, and getting sick. This would put you out of both jobs. You also run the risk of becoming overly tired. This could cause issue with attentiveness, productivity, safety, etc. I would not suggest it.
