Have you read the FAQ and used the search function? There are a lot of discussions on this. If you want to add it to the shake that is fine.

You can capsule it, mix it in a drink, or just toss and wash it. It all depends on what you have and how you want to take it. Usually I cap the bad tasting stuff, and sublingual the small dose stuff.
