An extremely effective one is called UnplugYourRouter. I've had close to 100% success rate with that!

I've had moderate success with something called SelfControl. It's not nearly as good as UnplugYourRouter, but has less ancillary effects.

Is that without caffeine? I can no longer take much caffeine with modafinil. When I first started I was ok. Now if I have any more than a cup of tea, it had unwanted side effects.
