I was born here, so I am used to it. I see so many people complaining about the heat or saying that they never go outside. Yeah it's hot. It's Arizona! You chose to move here. I soak my under armor in cold water and put ice cubes in my 2 liter camelbak. That gets me about an hour of riding when it's over 110*F. More if you wait till dusk to ride. After some conditioning your body gets more efficient at sweating and it gets easier. I just hate it when people who move here perpetuate the notion that we all stay inside all summer.

It's current policy in Chicago to not respond to non-violent crimes. There are actually signs in certain parts of the city. Too much violent crime and not enough police to handle it.
