Prozac after MDMA?

After talking to a friend of mine, I'm interested in a combination of things going into a roll in the next few weeks. My friends says I should take 1200mg piracetam for 4 days before and the day of my roll, and for 4 days after.
He also says that I should pre/post load with 5htp, which I already do.
The only thing he says that scares me-he wants to give me a prozac to take 3-6 hours after I roll which he says will decrease the chance of neurotoxicity and prevents too much dopamine being released and reabsorbed. From everything I've read in this sub, SSRI's and MDMA do not combine. But would that actually make sense for after a roll?
Also, thoughts on the piracetam supplement? How much would it affect the roll? What would be a dose for a light/medium/heavy roll if I take piracetam beforehand since it potentiates MDMA?

Hm. I don't know that my night would be 10 hours long, but I don't know if I would be able to just cut it off after 4 or less. Usually if I were to go to a rave I'd drop at 12ish, and then leave around 4. You're saying in that situation I should avoid taking a bump 1/3 of my starter dose an hour in, and take the SSRI at T+4:00? Will that immediately kill my roll like a xanax?

If you are using fluoxetine as your primary protection from 5-HT toxicity, then it must be taken no longer than 5 hours after your drop. Take it later and it still might help, just not fully. It's certainly not going to hurt at the end of the night. However, if you are planning on taking it after the 5 hour mark, make sure you load up on antioxidants and drink grapefruit juice. That will be your primary protection. If you take fluoxetine it will most likely kill your roll. Probably not instantly, though. Just have backup protection.
