Course, but I'd like to see a base. I'm still a little confused by why he thinks it should have so few calories, though. You can see his rapid weight loss, and while it will taper off a bit as his BMR goes down, I'm pretty sure he'll wither away at that rate.

Yeah, I would definitely up the calories. That, or I would keep it the same, and have one real meal a day.
