Aniracetam makes me sleepy, foggy and slightly relaxed.

Is anyone else affected that way? Aniracetam makes me sleepy but not tired if you know what I mean, my mind also becomes quite foggy, I do not experience any concentration improvement. What I get is slightly relaxed, similar to a very low dose of valium, that's why I still take it, it's quite pleasant. Although it seems like I've been building up a tolerance lately.
Anyone else relate to this?

That seems to be a common occurrence with aniracetam. Try combining it with a more stimulating racetam like oxi or even phenyl. And sometimes people find that aniracetam is just not for them.
