Adverse side effects from Modafinil usage. Nothing to worry about or cause for concern?

Backstory

From noon last Tuesday until noon Thursday I dosed 200mg of Modafinil or 150mg Armodafinil every six or seven hours (the average amount of time until I felt like I was coming down from wakefulness effects) so I could stay awake and alert to study for a hellish exam I had at noon on Thursday. For this period of time I stayed awake, cognizant, and functional for roughly 48 hours and consumed a mixed batch of eight Modafinil or Armodafinil pills.

For the final stretch at noon on Thursday I consumed about 75mg of Guarana seed extract to give me the last boost of caffeine I felt I needed from the last Modafinil dose. I didn't want to consume anymore Modafinil at this point.

What followed next however is what concerns me.

When I got home around 4PM Thursday I felt an immediate almost crippling crash and slept until 1AM the next day (9 hours of sleep). I stayed up until 6AM working on another project until I felt crippling tired again. I struggled to stay awake until at around 9AM I started experiencing frightening sleep paralysis while resting in my bed and fell into immediate REM sleep. I slept until 3PM the same day (6 hours of sleep). I stayed up until 7PM…
