Is there such thing as a methylenedioxy phenylpiracetam type compound?

Judging by the effects of phenylpiracetam vs piracetam, adding a methylenedioxy group to the phenyl group might be pretty cool! I don't know anything about this though-any input?

I've heard of fluroamphetamines, why the 4 and not the 2? Also, what exactly does the fluorine do other than help it cross the blood-brain barrier? Could you throw that same fluorine on PEA and get a more powerful stimulant?

The fluorine should make it more lipophilic, which will allow it to pass the blood brain barrier easier.

In theory, yes.
why the 4 and not the 2?
No particular reason. 4FA is more known than 2FA, so I figured that would be a good start.
