Does one Nuvigil (armodifanil) cause such an interaction to cancel out hormonal birth control?

Took one Nuvigil w/o thinking about the effect on BC pill. Does one pill (broken in half, 75 mg instead of 150) screw up hormones or does it have to be taken continuously to interact w/ the pill?
edit: I meant "armodafinil," my mistake on misspelling.

This study showed that modafinil did decrease plasma concentrations of ethinyl estradiol by up to 18%.
