Any Racetam venders with Certificates of Analysis on their product out there?

If this should be posted somewhere else let me know, wondering if there are any suppliers out there with quality assurance, especially for something I may be taking on a regular basis.

If you can find me a supplier in the US, that synthesizes it's racetams in Europe or the US, please let me know. They would also need to send their batches to a 3d party for testing, with a full COA. I would pay extra for this. The best I can find right now is China snyths that are verified by US testing labs, or European synths that cost ridiculous amounts to ship in tablet form.
