It's interesting that your interests are so broad. I've known a few long term nootropics users (LTNU) personally and I find that they have a very broad knowledge of many different topics. I think this is related to increased neuroplasticity over many years, which is quite subtle and not something that can be felt but is more like an absence of a limitation.
My hypothesis is that most people stop being able to learn completely new ideas after a certain age and mostly just refine their existing understanding. LTNU's just keep learning things and collect broad knowledge in many different areas.

Ohh I've only been taking nootropics for about a year. My brain has always been this way. Since I was a little kid, I've always been interested in lots of different things. My brain was never satisfied unless I was using it constantly. I've come to the realization that very few people think like I do. I can always talk and relate on individual topics. However, I'm just interested in too many things for one person to keep up with. People either don't see a reason to care, or don't want to make the effort to learn. I have always had the ability to simplify things into the most basic parts, then rebuild the concepts into more complex ideas. This makes it easy to learn new ideas quickly. I don't see learning as a burden, but as a joy. However, I will say that after starting nootropics, I can go deeper into each topic while still retaining the information. It didn't make me smarter, per se. It just made recall and storage quicker.
